We strive everyday to make sure our customers are dealt with professionally, sincerely and honestly. Our staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We ship super fast and offer exclusive deals that no one else can offer.
What is your Shipping Policy?
We will ship normally within 24 to 48 hours from the purchase date. We ship Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST time. In some rare occurances it may take longer than 48 hours to ship. However 99% of all our orders ship usually within 24 hours. If you are looking to expedite and order. After placing the order please give us a call to make sure we can get it out for you at the time you need it. Most orders need to be placed before 3:30 pm EST in order to make shipment pickup.

What is your Return Policy?
THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS! RETURN POLICY Defective Merchandise: Is handled by the manufacturer as warranty issue. Please contact the manufacturer directly for repair or exchange. We are not responsible for warranty or repairs. If you have any issues dealing with the manufacturer you can give us call anytime or email us at sudmanenterprises@gmail.com, but please contact them first. Major Manufacturers for Warranty Issues: Tippmann Sports – (260) 749-6022 Kingman – Spyder – (888) 546-4626 Smart Parts – (800) 992-2147 Rebel, Mongoose, Empire, 32 Degrees, Pure Energy – 1 (800) 220-3222 Items Returned with an RMA Number: You can email us at SudmanEnterprises@gmail.com for a mandatory Return Authorization Number (RMA). All Returned items are subject to 15% restocking fee if you are requesting money back and shipping fees will not be returned. Items Returned without an RMA Number: You can only do a return with a RMA number. In order to provide prompt service and processing with out a RMA number your return could be delayed for a long period of time. We also charge 20% restocking fee if an RMA number is not used. Exchanging Item/s: Unopened items can be returned for exchange and will be credited full item value minus original shipping. Buyer must pay new shipping to return the item. Returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. We thank you for your business and hope to see you again soon!
